Where community meets purpose

We’re shaping an online space where stories are shared, movements are born, and community thrives

Asian Connections Hub (ACH) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit on a mission to empower Asian communities and uplift neurodivergent adults through connection, visibility, and care. Through our online directory, we link individuals to career pathways, mentorship, and culturally rooted community support. In partnership with mission-aligned organizations, we co-create opportunities for growth, skill-building, and healing — all while nurturing the next generation of leaders and changemakers.

Why Neurodivergent Asians?

Asian Connections Hub (ACH) was founded by Michelle Ta in December 2021 during her early college years — born from a deep desire to create intentional spaces for connection, identity, and belonging.

What started as a personal journey to expand her professional network soon evolved into a broader vision: a centralized hub where Asian individuals and organizations could find one another, collaborate, and grow together.

Growing up, Michelle often struggled in traditional academic settings and needed additional time to process and learn — experiences that led her to better understand her neurodivergence and mental health. Instead of viewing these differences as limitations, she began embracing them as strengths that shaped how she connects, leads, and learns.

Rooted in this lived experience, Michelle envisioned a community where others navigating similar paths could feel seen, celebrated, and supported. Today, ACH stands as a reflection of that vision — a home for empowerment, visibility, and collective growth.

Build With Purpose

We don’t just partner—we co-create. By collaborating with values-aligned leaders and organizations, we build leadership pipelines that uplift marginalized voices and open doors that were never meant to be closed.

Heal to Lead

Mental health is not a side offering—it’s our foundation. Through Sunnyside, our wellness platform, we help neurodivergent Asian adults rest, reflect, and rise. Because thriving isn't optional—it's our right.
